What this page covers
Using this website, reading what is on it, downloading something from it, or booking a call with us. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use it.
It is not the agreement our clients sign. If you use the Centryx platform, your agreement with us is the Terms of Service, together with whatever service schedule you signed. That agreement takes precedence over this page in every respect.
How we handle information you give us is on our Privacy page.
Using this site
Read it, share it, quote it with attribution. Please do not:
- Try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or anything behind it
- Scrape it at a scale that degrades it for anyone else
- Pass our material off as your own, or resell it
If someone is doing any of that, we may block their access.
What is on the site
Everything here is general information about what we do. It is not advice for your organisation, and it does not take account of your circumstances.
Any figure, timing or result described anywhere on this site, including on our sector pages, in case studies and in insights, comes from a specific engagement or is an illustration of one. It describes what happened there. It is not a promise of what would happen for you.
We keep the site current, but we do not warrant that every page is accurate or complete at the moment you read it. Pages change.
Booking a call
Booking a consult through this site is free, and it does not commit you to buying anything. We will talk about your situation and tell you whether we think we can help. Nothing said in that conversation is professional advice, and a consult on its own is not an agreement to supply.
We may record the call so we have an accurate note of it. We will tell you at the start and you can ask us not to.
You can cancel or move the booking using the link in your confirmation email. If we need to move it, we will tell you as soon as we know.
The booking is handled by a third party scheduling service. What you type into the booking form is covered by our Privacy page.
Documents you download
Guides, frameworks and templates on this site are yours to read and to circulate inside your own organisation. They stay ours. Please do not resell them, publish them as your own, or strip our name off them.
They are written to be generally useful. They are not legal, financial or professional advice, and they are not tailored to your obligations. Check them against your own before you rely on them.
Our brand and content
The words, images, designs and the Cleverly AI and Centryx names on this site are ours or are used with permission. Using them for your own purposes needs our written agreement first.
Links to other sites
Where we link somewhere else, we do not control what is there and we are not responsible for it.
If something here is wrong
Nothing on this page excludes, restricts or modifies any right, remedy, guarantee, warranty or condition imposed by law that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where a guarantee or condition is imposed by law and cannot be excluded, our liability for breaching it is limited, at our option, to supplying the relevant services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.
Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website or from anything you found on it. If you are relying on something here, get advice, or ask us and we will tell you plainly what we can stand behind.
If part of this page does not hold up
If any part of these terms turns out to be invalid or unenforceable, that part drops out and the rest still applies.
Which law applies
The laws of Victoria, Australia. Both of us submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that place.

We will update this page and change the date at the top. Changes apply from when they are posted.
